APPLICABILITY OF THESE RULES
The following rules (the "Casino Rules") govern the end user's use of all Mamabet's (the "Operator") interactive gaming betting products and services (the "Games") offered via the "CASINO" tab of www.mamabet.cd and/or as a Casino product in the Operator's physical establishments. They form part of the Operator's General Terms and Conditions, which apply to all Games. By placing a bet on the Games, the customer accepts these Casino Rules. All bets on the Games ("Game Bets") accepted by the Operator are subject to these Casino Rules.
Throughout the Casino Rules, references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to the Operator and references to "customer", "you" or "your" refer to the end user.
In the event of any inconsistency between the General Terms and the Casino Rules, the General Terms shall prevail.
GENERAL GAME RULES
These General Game Rules are supplemented by (and shall be deemed to include) the rules relating to each specific game ("Individual Game Betting Rules") if they apply to a specific game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Casino Rules and the Individual Game Betting Rules, the latter shall apply.
1. Effective Date of the Casino Rules
These Casino Rules shall enter into force on 29/07/2024.
2. Interpretation of Casino Rules
In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of the Casino Rules, the Operator’s interpretation shall prevail.
3. Betting Method
The Operator will accept bets on games made online through your account and/or at the Operator’s premises. Please note that some games may not be available both online and in physical establishments. You will not need to use your account to place bets on games in physical establishments and the terms and conditions will apply to your eligibility to receive winnings. Any winnings for bets on games placed via the physical site can only be received at the same physical site where the bet on the game in question was made. Any other betting method (e.g. telephone betting) will not be accepted.
4. Minimum bet
The minimum bet is 300 CDF.
5. Maximum Limit per Bet
Mamabet applies maximum limits per bet which vary depending on the individual game played. The customer will not be entitled to receive any winnings in excess of the maximum limit per bet, whether or not the customer was informed, at the time of placing the bet or otherwise, that the potential winnings per bet would exceed the maximum winnings per bet amount. In the event that the potential winnings included in the bet slip exceed the maximum winnings per bet amount (due to technical or human error), the customer will be entitled to receive the winnings stated in the bet slip only and, in any event, up to the maximum winnings per bet. Mamabet reserves the right to change the maximum winnings per bet at any time by publishing the new limit on its website.
6. Bets on Valid Games
A bet on games is considered accepted only when the operator has assigned it an identification number (a "Bet ID").
7. Bet History
If you wish to view the details of your bets on the games at any time, you can view the list of bets available in the relevant game.
8. Random Number Generator
In order to ensure fairness of the games, all outcomes are generated by a random number generator ("RNG"). The Operator's RNG methodology has been evaluated and certified by an independent testing company.
9. Connection Failures During Play
A "draw" is the selection of an outcome for a game on a random basis. Our games are defined as "draw-on-demand" or "common draw" games.
Draw-on-demand games - A game where the outcome is unique for each player (e.g. slots, video poker, keno and single player roulette).
If the connection is lost while playing a single-stage draw-on-demand game (e.g. scratchcard), the game will automatically end for you.
If the connection is lost while playing a multi-stage draw-on-demand game (e.g. a slot with a bonus round), if your game has not yet progressed to the second stage before the connection is lost, the game will automatically end for you. If you have progressed to the second stage, your game details will be retained, where possible, so that you can reconnect and continue playing.
If, for technical reasons, it is not possible to continue playing when you return, in the case of an unfinished casino game (e.g. the Blackjack), your hand will be completed with a STAND and you must accept the outcome of the STAND regardless of the outcome of the House hand. In the case of a game that is not a casino game (e.g. a keno game), the game will end automatically. All bets will be settled (win or lose) in the usual manner.
When the connection is lost during a draw-on-demand game, only the current game will be processed. If the customer has used the Auto Play function to specify other games, the pending games will be cancelled. No funds will be withdrawn from the customer's account in respect of cancelled pending games.
Common Draw Games - A game where multiple players can bet on the outcome of a specific draw, and where the draw determines the outcome for all players (e.g. roulette at a community table).
In the case of common draw games, the draws will take place even if you are not logged in. Therefore, all bets on games that were successfully placed prior to the connection loss will be honoured and settled (wins or losses) in the normal manner. If you reconnect to the game before all bets on the games have been settled, the remaining unsettled bets will be visible on the bet slip.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of a connection loss for an On-Demand Draw game or a Common Draw game, you will be able to see the details of your bet in your bet list for that game once you are reconnected.
10. Playing for Real
To play the games for real money, you must log in to your account using your username and password, in accordance with the terms and conditions.
11. Playing for Fun
To play the Games for fun, select the Play for Fun option. You will then be able to play with virtual money. All winnings and losses will also be virtual.
12. Bets Void
In the unlikely event that a bet on the Games is declared void, your initial stake will be refunded. ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION WILL VOID ALL WINNINGS AND GAMES.
Any technical malfunction of any kind, including but not limited to software, hardware or connection malfunction, will result in all bets on the relevant Games being void, regardless of the indicative outcome.
We further reserve the right to void a bet on the Games in the following circumstances;
Only partial or incorrect bet details are available;
We suspect the customer of engaging in fraud, collusion, money laundering or other illegal activities;
We believe the customer is under 18 years of age or otherwise not of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction;
Acceptance of the bet would exceed the limits set for the game;
The stake amount is not available in the customer's account;
An error (human or otherwise) or system failure results in incorrect odds being used;
technical faults such as communication failures, defects, interruptions, delays, viruses, denial of service attacks or data corruption occur; or
If a technical fault results in excessive or irregular winnings.
If a bet is settled incorrectly due to an error (human or otherwise) or system failure, the settlement will be considered invalid and will be void. If the customer does not have sufficient funds in his account to allow for this voiding, he will have to return the necessary amount to the Operator.
13. Use of the games
The games must be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Any other use of the Games or any related elements (e.g. graphics, text, etc.), including but not limited to any commercial or professional use, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct violation of the Operator's proprietary and other rights, which may take any legal action to enforce these rights.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding the outcome of a bet on a game, contact the customer service team within 72 hours via the email address cs@myMamabet.com, setting out your complaint in full, including detailed deadlines. The Operator will investigate the complaint using data from its own systems. You hereby agree that the final decision regarding the complaint rests with the Operator acting reasonably in light of all available evidence, and that it is final.
15. Liability
You hereby agree that you have no cause of action and you hereby waive any right or claim against the developer of the Games software for any matter, cause or thing involving your participation tion to the Games or otherwise.
You hereby agree that you shall have no cause of action and hereby waive any right or claim against the Operator in respect of the use, misuse or abuse by you or any third party of your account, or in respect of the conduct of other customers, or in respect of any fault or technical failure, including but not limited to those set out in Section 12 (VOID BET).
While the Operator will take reasonable steps to cooperate with a customer who wishes to self-exclude, the customer hereby agrees that the Operator shall not be liable if a self-excluded customer plays with another operator, or if the self-excluded customer continues to play with the Operator using accounts with different or rearranged registration details, or if the customer otherwise attempts to evade the effect of self-exclusion.
The Operator's total liability to you at any time will not exceed the bet amount and the winning amount.
16. Changes to these Rules
The Operator reserves the right to change the games and these Casino Rules (including the wagering rules of individual games) at any time, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is valid for the latest revision of the Website.
